Why this blog?

There is lot of interesting stuff to discuss. It's not IIT life anymore where you can just knock on the door of next room and start talking. Not that there aren't new friends, but they are grads, busy grads. Talking to people back in insti is lot of fun, but they are 13.5 hours apart. Facebook has been amazing, but it's not buzz. Not that buzz was some amazing interface, but it was another wall, with small bunch of people, there used to be specific kind of stuff which was buzz-worthy and not facebookable. I know that's not a word, but that is what this blog is all about. I am not going to spell-check or re-read before I post. It's going to be like buzz, I'll post whatever I feel like sharing, whoever wants to read it will read it, else one can just ignore it. At the moment, Facebook is owned by all sorts of shitty comics and memes (I agree some of them are good :D) while no one uses g+ yet. Not that new blog is the best solution, but that is how things work here in Silicon Valley, try out your idea, if it works, well and good, if not, come up with a new one!
